Installation overview and setup
Follow the Polaris service procedure for your exact model year and the instructions for your installed shocks. Professional installation is recommended. The video below is a general spring-installation overview.
- Record the starting ride height on level ground and note the vehicle's normal operating load.
- Safely raise and support the vehicle. Unload the suspension before preload adjustments and release spring tension with suitable equipment before removing retainers.
- Install the springs supplied in your selected package using the applicable front and rear shock procedures. Retain the main springs. Torque removed fasteners to your exact model's specifications.
- Lower the vehicle and move it forward and backward to settle the suspension before remeasuring.
- Follow the shock manufacturer's adjustment limits. Make small changes with the suspension unloaded, then settle and remeasure. Keep left and right settings matched on each axle.

Use consistent reference points when comparing measurements. Tire dimensions, pressure, passengers, accessories, and suspension setup affect the result. Listed tire sizes do not confirm tire fitment.
