Installation overview and setup

Use the Polaris service procedure for your exact model year and installed shock package, together with the instructions for this All Thingz UTV spring kit. Safely support the vehicle and release spring tension with appropriate equipment before removing spring retainers. Use your model's fastener torque specifications during reassembly.

Polaris's suspension diagrams identify where factory preload measurements are taken. Those shock measurements are separate from ground clearance. Factory spring preload dimensions must not be copied directly onto a different spring kit.

Measurement reference: Ground to the underside of the skid plate, with the vehicle on level ground and the suspension settled after moving the vehicle forward and backward. These starting references do not guarantee a finished height; tire dimensions, pressure, passengers, accessories, and suspension setup affect the result. Listed tire sizes do not confirm tire fitment.
